  • RESERVATION POLICIES
    3 night minimum on 1, 2, 3 bedroom cottages & efficiency studios (Applies to "ON-SEASON" period only)
  • One-half advance deposit required for reservations of 5 nights or more, and 100% deposit required on 4 nights or less. Visa or MasterCard only.
  • 3 Night minimum on All Holiday weekends
     
  • BALANCE DUE ON ARRIVAL
    Payments can be made by cash, Visa or MasterCard and checks or money orders IN U.S. FUNDS ONLY.

CANCELLATION POLICIES (tough but necessary!)

  • You are financially responsible for the FULL AMOUNT of your reservation whether paid or due UNLESS you cancel 30 DAYS PRIOR to your arrival date. Sorry, no exceptions.
  • If you do cancel 30 days or more prior to arrival, you will receive a full refund minus $50 cancellation fee.
  • If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, you will be charged any and all monies due for the full amount of your reservation.

We've tried to anticipate all the needs and wishes of our guests. Our kitchens (including our efficiency/studios) are completely equipped, from glassware to coffeemakers (which are also in our motel units). AND we've saved the best for last... All of our accommodations (except motel rooms) have private, individual decks, gas grills & phones... to get the unit of your choice start now. Make your reservation early, that way, hopefully, we'll meet all your wishes and make your summer vacation everything you imagined (maybe even more!)

P.S. Remember... The only thing YOU HAVE TO BRING (besides your toiletries and groceries) are your BEACH TOWELS. (We even have gas grills, lobster pots and corkscrews!)
